This rosé Brut sparkling wine is bright and seductive in colour, in the classic onion skin guise. Notes of wild strawberries and tangerine can be discerned. The taste is consistent, inviting and delicate hints of orange and sweet licorice prevail – propelled by the perlage. The taste is soft and creamy, enhanced on the palate by a fresh and savoury structure. The long persistence is characterised by hints of aromatic herbs on the finish.
