Straw yellow colour with greenish tones. The aromatic profile recalls the white peach fruit followed by hints of lavender, ending with a faint scents of chamomile and delicate citrus notes. On the palate it is appreciable for its excellent concentration and the good balance noted between alcohol and acidity. The long persistence that is appreciated gives balance with savoury and mineral notes.
